I just typed “Bible study tools” into Google and Bing. Guess how many results there are?
Google gave “About 11,600,000” and Bing spit out 100,000 more than that! And I’ve got to say, while the first page or two is ok, most of what you’ll find if you click beyond that isn’t very good.
Over the years, I have been asked literally hundreds (maybe thousands) of times questions like these:
- What is your favorite study Bible?
- My daughter is four. Can you recommend a Bible for her?
- My son is nine. Is there a good Bible for him?
- What are the best online Bible study sites?
- Are there any sites that synchronize with an app on my phone?
- What software should I use for Bible study when I’m not online?
Over the years, I have had a Resource Page that has listed some of those.
Today I revamped the whole thing and added a bunch of stuff.
If I have done all my testing, then all the links will take you to the right places or resources. (I’m sure you will let me know if they don’t.)
Check out the New Resource Page!
Would you do me one quick favor?
Would you leave a comment or shoot me an email with your favorite Bible study website or resource? I would love to keep making the Resource Page better and better, so that people could simply come to this page, read the brief overview of these resources, and go directly to what they need.
After all, who has the time to sift through almost 12,000,000 sites looking for a good one?!
