Last month I wrote this review of Wrecked: When a Broken World Slams Into Your Comfortable Life. I won’t recap the whole review, but let me just say this: Get it. Read it.
When he offered to do an interview specifically for you, I jumped at the chance.
So…a few days ago we hopped on Skype and I asked him about a ton of stuff. Most of the interviews I have heard Jeff do have been about the process of writing Wrecked, blogging, or what it takes to do a successful “book launch.” Jeff is extremely generous and these interviews have been invaluable.
But I wanted to take a different angle…
Here are some of the questions you will hear Jeff answer on this 35-minute interview:
- What is Wrecked about?
- Could you share a little bit of the story that led to you writing Wrecked (from a CONTENT) perspective? In essence…what wrecked you?
- What have you learned about your passion and calling from a “getting the book in print” perspective?
- Are there any specifics parts/passages/themes/people in the Bible that you either keep returning to…OR you find yourself looking at differently since getting wrecked and since writing it?
- How has God used getting wrecked and writing Wrecked to inform who you are and how you live, as opposed to just something we’re “supposed to do?”
Bonus: At the end, Jeff shares about how life has changed since the recent birth of their first child. You’ll love it!
Grab a cup of coffee, sit back (or you might want to lean in) and listen in on a very personal interview with Jeff Goins. Then leave a comment or question. There’s a good chance Jeff might even pop over to answer them himself!
Afterward, I know you’ll want to connect with him, so here’s how:
